Michael Delduca is a Doctor of Chiropractic licensed by the province of Ontario and regulated by the Board of Drugless Therapies Act- Chiropractic. He is a member of the Ontario College of Chiropractors. Dr. Delduca earned his doctorate at Parker College of Chiropractic and earned his Bachelor’s degree from Brock University. Born and raised in St. Catharines, he returned to the area to establish his practice. Michael utilizes of combination of hands on practices as well as a multitude of instrument based techniques, including arthrostim, laser, vibracussor and many more varied procedures.  Treatment is as variable as the patients he treats, from intense performance to gentle passive.  In his personal time, Michael spends as much time as he can with his loving family, he also enjoys a variety of physical activities which include cycling, spinning, snowboarding, and yoga.

Dr. Aaron comes to Active Health with over 23 years of experience as a chiropractor, having practiced within both the USA and Canada, and for the past 10 years in Niagara Falls.  This experience allows him to bring a wealth of knowledge in treating several different conditions in high level athletes to the general population, and varying in age from children to the elderly.  In his care he utilizes a whole person and integrated approach when treating and assessing his patients, with the goal of getting them to move better, with less pain and a reduced risk of injury.  Dr. Aaron's primary focus is on overall wellness care, but in his practice he also specializes in the treatment of the following conditions:  neck pain and headaches, back pain, disc injuries, sports injuries, motor vehicle accident injuries, sciatica, arthritis, postural injuries, and carpal tunnel syndrome. 

Jamie is a Registered Massage Therapist trained in many massage techniques and modalities, including acupuncture, complete lymphatic drainage, cupping, soft tissue release techniques, practicing reiki level 1 and yoga.  Jamie started her career in healthcare working in rehabilitation as an Occupational Therapist assistant and Physiotherapist assistant for the two healthcare systems in Niagara in 2009.  She has experience working with neurological conditions, acute and chronic injuries, orthopedics, and geriatrics.  Jamie loves running, hiking, and has a passion for movement in the human body and sharing her knowledge of health with others, practicing with a focus on strength, stability and balance.  She is continuing to expand her knowledge base to new practices and experinces. 

Aleksandra  is a Registered Massage Therapist practicing in Ontario for over 3 years. Moving to Canada from her home country Bulgaria, she is a very hard working and passionate individual who loves what she does. She graduated in 2019 from Trillium College & excelled at her government provincial examinations. 
 

Aleksandra has always had an interest in athletics and plans to continue her education with a focus on manual therapy and sports injury rehabilitation.

Sheila was born and raised in Niagara Falls, where she now resides with her husband and two children. She spent 20 years in the financial services industry, before joining the Active Health Care team, and is excited to bring her skills to the field of health and wellness. In her spare time she enjoys running, travel and entertaining family and friends.
